| The Entrance Hall
Double oak front doors, opening to the west. Large, cavernous room, lit by torches, with ceiling so high it's barely visible. Wide marble staircase opposite the front doors (east wall) leads up to first floor. Double doors to the right (south wall) lead into the Great Hall. On the east wall are two doors, one on either side of the staircase. To the north of the staircase is a door leading down a flight of steps to the first dungeon level. To the south is a door leading to the Hufflepuff common room and the kitchens. On the left (north wall) is a door leading to a smaller antechamber where First Years wait to be sorted.

| The Great Hall
This vast chamber has an enchanted ceiling with mirrors the sky outside. Four long tables for the four large houses. Closest to the doors from the Entrance Hall is Slytherin, then Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, and next to the far wall, Gryffindor. The teachers and HeadMistress sit at the High Table, a table on a raised platform at the front of the room.

| Library
The Hogwarts library contains tens of thousands of books on thousands of shelves. Included in its many sections is an Invisibility Section, a section with information about dragons, and a Restricted Section at the back, set off with a rope. A signed note from a teacher is required to peruse that section of the library; it contains books of Dark Magic only used by older students studying advanced Defense Against the Dark Arts. One of the books in this section screams when opened.

| Diagon Alley (5 sub-boards)
In Diagon Alley lies Flourish and Blott's, the wizard bookshop. They carry every kind of wizard book, autobiographies, and history books, spell books, etc. Hogwarts students come here to buy their books before the start of term. All Different kinds of shops can be found here, such as Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlor,
Ollivander's Wand Shop and much more....
You can also find the wizard bank "Gringotts" where your money is safe and sound.

| King's Cross Station- Platform 9 and 3/4
Are you eagerly waiting for The Hogwarts Express to arrive? Well, come in here and talk to your future classmates and friends. But, be careful when you enter the express, there have been reports of missing toads, biting rats, and scary dementors on the wonderfully huge train.

| Number 12, Grimmauld Place
This place is protected by heavy magic, and invisible to eye and unthinking mind, Number 12, Grimmauld Place, the old, old house of the pure-blooded and beautiful Blacks, is now headquarters to the Order of the Phoenix.

| The Burrow
This is the home to the wonderful red-headed Weasleys, the burrow apparently 'isn't very much' to wizard standards. But to Muggles it's fascinating and filled with magical creatures and accessories. It is several stories high, and rather cramped, but that makes it all the more cozy. There is also a ghoul in the attic and a creaking staircase. Loud noises come from Fred and George's Room.. so be a bit careful, you do want to accidentally eat a nosebleed nougat!
